What if my Internet connection goes down?

If your Internet connection goes down, don't worry. If you're in the middle of a topic, it will still be available to you when you get things up and running again. Unfortunately, the bookmark does not work automatically in this situation.

Does this e-courses keep records of my progress?

 Yes. Our system tracks the courses you start, and your progress in those courses.

If I have problems with the courses, is there someone I can contact?

 Yes. Please send email, our support team guarantees a reply within 48 hours, Monday thru Friday.

Can anybody else see how I'm doing?

 No - your training with us is strictly confidential.
For individual purchases, only our system administrator and for business clients, your company’s system administrator has access to your progress in the system if they need to investigate any problems you may be having.

Does Thhep share my contact details with anyone else?

 No, absolutely not.

How do I pay for courses if I don't have a credit card?

 We currently accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa credit cards for online purchases. If you would prefer to pay by another method, please contact us. 

How do I allow ActiveX controls?

Follow these steps to allow ActiveX controls to run in Internet Explorer. These instructions relate to Internet Explore Version 6.0.

  • Open your Internet Explorer Browser and click on the "Tools" menu option.
  • Click on "Internet Options..." at the bottom of the menu - this brings up the "Internet Properties" window.
  • In the "Internet Properties" window, click on the "Security" tab.
  • Click on "Internet Zone" (globe icon) to see the security settings for the Internet.
  • Set the slider bar to "Medium". This is the recommended security setting for the Internet.
  • Click "OK" to close the "Internet Properties" window.

I have Custom Security Settings. How do I allow ActiveX controls to run in Internet Explorer?

Follow these steps. These instructions relate to Internet Explore Version 6.0.

  • On the "Security" tab, click the "Security Level..." button - this brings up the "Advanced Security Settings" window.
  • In the "Advanced Security Settings" window, check the settings for the following items:
    "Download Signed ActiveX Controls" should be set to "Prompt".
    "Run ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins" should be set to "Enable".
    "Script ActiveX Controls Marked as Safe for Scripting" should be set to "Enable".
  • Click "OK" to close the "Advanced Security Settings" window.
